O right an a very important note:
I've found that you can actually vote multiple times in a month from the same IP. I'm not sure how much time there needs to be in between votes, but it seems that you can vote every day. So please, i guess you can make this a routine:
1. You log on to the shard to check your PMs and your breeding/beehives/plants
2. You open uoex.net (can also use the website stone)
3. Click the top200 link at the bottom, then click the "Vote for UOEX shard" button on that page you get
If we all do it every day, that's 20 votes per day... meaning we can stay in the top 10 for a lot longer than just if we vote once a month.
