Razor Help

So ive been using razor for a little while and for some reason i cant make catagories for new macros. So i can't make any macros at all if someone could help me out i would appreciate it. It says "Could not create directory. Make sure the name you entered is valid and try again." I dont know what to do but i really need to start making some macros. I've already uninstalled it and reinstalled it, I also tried using an older version of razor.
