I tried to read the FAQ - http://www.uoex.net/wiki/Pet_Breeding but couldn't understand how all the same should be diluted see.

Get a papa nightmare (male) and a mama nightmare (female).... if you have two mama nightmare (female) go to trinsic and buy the gender pet change deed. Then go to your nearest animal breeder (Britain) and breed... Make sure that the nightmares are on the breedable level which is at lvl 9/10 or above. It will show when you do pet info at the bottom.... and then you will have 1 or 2 baby nightmares.

Basically...
Papa nightmare (male) + mama nightmare (female) both level 9/10 or above = baby nightmares

Breeding takes like 7 days if i am right and cost some gp to breed pets... for more info dbl read the wiki

you take both pets to the pet breeder (north of brit bank). then unshrink them. if you don't have enough pet slot to unshrink both have a friend unshrink one. then what you do is single click the pet scroll down to pet info. there wil be a small arrow on the bottom that says breed this animal click that and target the other unshrunk pet. it'll ask you if you want to go ahead with this. click ok. if you succeed there will be 2 deeds in your pack (if you can unshrink both pets) or you will have 1 deed (if you have to mate wit a friend). it will automatically shrink your pets for you.

side note: if you fail breeding you will have to wait 12 hours to breed that pet again. if you succeed you'll have to wait a week before you breed them again.
