yer holding it wrong... you never want your finger over the cross guard. The cross guard is to stop other blades from sliding down into your hand, so putting yer finger over it is asking for it to get cut off. =P
(Sorry, couldn't help myself. I used to instruct folks with swords and daggers and the like)
It's gonna be Legen....
...
Wait for it...
... And I hope you aren't lactose intolerant, because the next part is...
DARY!!!
(that makes less sense when written... Stupid homonyms...)
Lol... its just for fun. I know how to hold a dagger... I just wanted to be stupid. Me finger isn't ganna get cut off... the dagger doesn't even have a blade... lol.
I knew I couldn't go against +V... I ended up dying in the end. lol... jk.
actually i like holding daggers back wards. easier to guard, and then i can do a crimson veil. In korean 진홍색 베일 (jinhongsaeg beil)
the moves is as follows:
punch to the nose while holding dagger backwards, as soon as you hit the nose follow through to either side (right handed slide to the right hand side of your aggressor; while slicing the eyes with the edge of the dagger. this moves is very quick and usually ends up making your attacker....helpless.
