Hey there! 
Hope your first few days have been fun. This is a shard full of players and staff who work hard toward keeping a warm atmosphere. When people need help or information on something they ask via global chat, and at least 2 shard member respond with answers or willingness to help (As I'm sure you have noticed). Thats a huge reason why I like it here.
Anyone show you around? (training room, new player dungeon, new player champ, etc..)
