This one I should take a note off really, Over the past year I have gone through a lot off things, And when I first see this one it made me see the bigger picture, So I thought I would share it.

See It Through
by Edgar Albert Guest

When you’re up against a trouble,
Meet it squarely, face to face;
Lift your chin and set your shoulders,
Plant your feet and take a brace.
When it’s vain to try to dodge it,
Do the best that you can do;
You may fail, but you may conquer,
See it through!

Black may be the clouds about you
And your future may seem grim,
But don’t let your nerve desert you;
Keep yourself in fighting trim.
If the worst is bound to happen,
Spite of all that you can do,
Running from it will not save you,
See it through!

Even hope may seem but futile,
When with troubles you’re beset,
But remember you are facing
Just what other men have met.
You may fail, but fall still fighting;
Don’t give up, whate’er you do;
Eyes front, head high to the finish.
See it through!

This one will get you thinking hard, It is a very good poem to try and work out.

I Am My Own Grandpa
by: Unknown

Many, many years ago
When I was twenty-three
I got married to a widow
Pretty as could be.

This widow had a grow-up daughter
With flowing hair of red.
My father fell in love with her,
And soon the two were wed.

This made my dad my son-in-law
And changed my very life.
Now my daughter was my mother,
For she was my father's wife.

To complicate the matters worse,
Although it brought me joy,
I soon became the father
Of a bouncing baby boy.

My little baby then became
A brother-in-law to dad.
And so became my uncle,
Though it made me very sad.

For if he was my uncle,
Then that also made him brother
To the widow's grown-up daughter
Who, of course, was my step-mother.

Father's wife then had a son
Who kept them on the run.
And he became my grandson,
For he was my daughter's son.

My wife is now my mother's mother
And it makes me blue.
Because, although she is my wife,
She's my grandma, too.

If my wife is my grandmother,
Then I am her grandchild.
And every time I think of it,
It simply drives me wild.

For now I have become
The strangest case you ever saw,
As the husband of my grandmother,
I am my own grandpa!

Confession
by: Llexa

I dare not speak,
My lips be still,
To speak, for me, is to kill,
To kill, I will decline.

What my tongue so tied doth keep,
Lay silent in my utterance,
For my defence,
I must tame that which hides in me.

So deep a burden manifests,
Only which to terrorize,
That part of me -I will disguise,
A shroud upon my lips.

To purge the wicked from my voice,
And sing the words be cursed if sung,
It can't be done!
I cry for Holy Penitence.

I dare not speak,
My lips be still,
To speak, for me, is to kill,
To kill... I will decline.
"We push and we push away,
For fear of facing our mistakes.
So we call it judgment,
And watch our friends, our world, ourselves... go comatose, inside."
