Temporary Departure

Not a large number that will notice (I keep to myself ^_-), but I will be having a bit of absence for maybe a few days, a few weeks, or a few months (given the situation it is kind of hard to predict). Just thought I would give a heads up for those few that do hold concern. Now, if this does take a significant amount of time to get back around I will make sure to keep the library open (i.e. updating my account) but I will have no marker showing it and will not be actually updating the selections at all (will not have enough internet time to do so), so if you have found use in the library spread the love and tell newer players about it. Also, this part is for the staff, my account may pop up on several different IP addresses (if this takes longer than 2 months); I will be carrying a flash drive with UOEX install on it in order to jump on long enough to keep my account open. Writing for Millions 3, the Jeopardy style quiz contest, and any other events I talked to people about will be on suspension as well (probably longer than the time it takes me to get back online) until I am back up and moving for a bit. Good news is though, with the time I will have without any distractions (TV, games, internet, etc.) I should be able to get a few additions to the library written up myself. Planned additions: +Veritas' stories (I was going to do this before I left, but things are a bit too hectic), a section for UOEX custom addition books, some melee tricks/tips (that don't require relayers), money making books, as well as a possible side project that is 'in development.'

Well, last day with internet is the 30th, so Happy New Year Excelsior; I will see you on the other side ^_^.

Sorry to see you go, Oromis, we await your return =)
Also, there should be no conflict with you logging onto different IPs; as long as you aren't logging onto multiple accounts from the same IP, you aren't breaking any rules. I'm constantly going back and forth between my brothers and my place with my laptop, no problems here.

Back in the saddle in record time. Made the trip in about 13 hours, though took a little more time to get my rig set back up and get a place to stay temporarily. Which, brings me to a good point to keep in mind....never burn your bridges, be kind to people and every once in awhile you will have the kindness returned to you. I was just a bit worried I would be homeless for a bit, but no problems there ^_^. Dunno how quickly I will get working on books again, right now I have about 5-6 job offers on the table and having to weigh out my options before I go for one....no work means I am off my game, so I may work on +Veritas' stories; but no original work till the money starts coming back in.
