I found a sword with a status of a mage weapon -27 skill, you can do with him raise the magic of above 100?

At the contrary... with mage weapons with (minus) -27 your magery skill is going to be reduced.... e.g. if you are GM Mage 100 your skill will go down to 73. These weapons with ( - ) minus mage skill is good when you are training magery. And only if the weapon has spellchanneling as well otherwise everytime you cast a spell it will de-equip from your hands.

I think the lowering of mage skill is only relevant to training on this shard. On shards that have a skill cap, a mage would use skills to make his magery high/more effective. Thus having low/no combat skills. With a mage weapon, it will use magery skill as a weapon skill for melee attacks instead of, say, Swordsmanship.
