Good evening, gentlemen!
Tell me, please, on the need to raise skill lockpicking, if it is already 95 and above doesn't grow up =(

You can do the prison camp chests and/or I think level 4 treasure chests.

Visit the newbie center, there are books with the prison camps locations. There you will see a chest that needs to be lockpicked. Train to GM out of those and do level 4 and up of the treasure chests.

Is it that one north of Brit? I didn't found such a book there.
