Recently i met a few of you that were metal heads!!! (not a big shock most of us are nerds :p) so if you like music not just metal but all kinds what are some of your favorites....are you a musician like me i play guitar/bass im hopeing to get a 6 sting fretless bass for xmas but probably not lol any way happy holidays and happy hunting

favorite albums of this year

Cannibal Corpse - Torture
Suffocation - Pinnacle of Bedlam
Carcass - Surgical Steel
Deicide - In the Minds of Evil (tasty riffs all over this one)
Job for a Cowboy - Demonocracy
Meshuggah - Koloss

and well favorites that are less metally
you can't go wrong with Animals as Leaders that guy is a guitar beast

Megadeth is my all time fav but I listen to all types of metal. Some of my others I like are Slayer,Anthrax,Queensryche,old Metallica,most of 80s metal is what i am into. I don't care to much for all this new stuff these days (unless it is an older band puting out a new cd).

i like all metal also but ive been in this prog kick with the odd time signitures like messuggah :Dand some others

yeah i see the pick of the week and i like all music but im just like wheres the dang metal haha
