Bags of sending

Post by bmc »

I am an OSI Vet and would like to know if the bag of sending here has the same properties as on OSI. By this I mean that you could over saturate your bag of sending on OSI with powder. Can that happen here as well? Also the max charge was 30 on OSI is that the same?

From my experience, the bag of sending doesn't seem to saturate/degrade (yet) and I've used the same bag many many times over the months. I've put well over 60 powder charges into the bag from time to time and it registers just fine, so it doesn't seem like there's a limit. Hope that could be of some help.

Yep there's many things that isn't exactly like on OSI, same with bags of sending. You get one and it's there for all your life. These are things that would be nice to have upgraded, but i'd say it's not very likely it will get changed.

I'm not familiar with these bags. I have a few questions if you guys don't mind:

1. Where do you get them?

2. What do they do?

3. Do you have to "Recharge" them to continue using them? If so, then how?

Thanks

Here's the wiki for the two quests "Ambitious Solen Queen Quest" and "The Solen Matriarch Quest" you might want to look at to get a Bag of Sending and Powder of Translocation. Even have walkthroughs for ya.

Bag of Sending uses a charge to send anything (ie. gold, armor, weapon, etc.) back to your bankbox, thus freeing up your inventory space. You can send back as much gold as you can hold in your backpack. Only place I can think of that a Bag of Sending won't work is the gauntlet in Doom.

Yes, you will need Powder of Translocation to recharge the bags. 1 Powder of Translocation equals 1 charge. Just double click the powder to bring up a target cursor and click on the Bag of Sending to input a charge(s). You can put as much charges on the bag with no limit as far as I know but be aware that the bag isn't blessed.
