Crystal Frightening quest help??

I'm trying to do the custom UOEX quest Crystal Frightening..

I've looked all over Jhelom in both trammel and fel for the NPC who you're supposed to sell the energy crystals to.. but I cannot for the life of me, find Quest NPC "Cora the light wizard"... It just doesnt exist? I asked a few times ingame and nobody had the answer or seemed to care.. so I figured i would try here... Any help??

Cora isnt on the main Jhelom island but on either the North Jhelom or South Jhelom.
