i need help logging in it is telling me that i cannot connect to ultima online and to try again later

How are you connecting?

If through razor make sure IP is: shard.uoex.net and Port: 60 and that patch client encryption is enabled.

If not please tell us what client you are using and we can go from there.

im using the download server 2 from this website

Make sure the client says it is 5.0.X (I think most common is 9), So you are double clicking the 'Excelsior Shard' UO icon on desktop?

Or you trying through a 3rd party program?

If still unable try reinstalling,

do i have to download both server 1 and 2

The two servers are just there in case one falls, so that you can still download from the other. The files are identical, so a single download of just one location will suffice

If you're using either Vista or Windows 7, make sure you're running the program as administrator. To do this, right click the .exe and select "Run as Administrator".
