im planing to change my butchers resolve (one hand - sc) to yumi (one hand), but im confused
is it apperance change ?

What you need is, first the weapon type change to turn that cleaver into a yumi, but since yumis are two-handed, you then also need to use a relayer to make the two-handed yumi into a one-handed.

personally i suggest leveling it up to 100 as a cleaver (this is gonna take you a long time), and then re-layer it to a piece of clothing/armor. Reason: there are way better items in game to re-layer; for example some monsters (mostly peerless) have looted items with 3 X 58. try to look for something like 58 mana leech, 58 life leech, 58 lightning. Due to a chiv spell you can always replenish your stamina. mana leech is awesome for weapon specials, and life leech with vamp embrace (as I've been told so don't know) can stack.

Defense Chance Increase: 45%,
Dex bonus: 16 (57 with artifacts) <---i think this is wrong min 8*18 slots= 144 not including stuff with over 8 (titan hammer 15 str)
Faster Cast Recovery: 6 (you can go higher but 6 reduces it to 0 so no more is needed)
Faster Casting: 4
Hit Chance Increase: 45%
Lower Mana Cost: 40%
Lower Reagent Cost: 100%
Luck: Needs to be Tested as far as i know with 7200 luck; it only affects bio-engineering, tokuno artie drop, and paragon artie drops.
Mana Regen: This is uncapped, but has a diminishing value
Reflect Physical Damage: 105%
Spell Damage Increase: This is uncapped for Player Vs. Monster (PvM), but capped at 15% for Player Vs. Player (PvP)
Swing Speed Increase: Swing Speed can be increased to the cap of 1 attack every 1.25 seconds
Always plan things out when doing this.
rule of thumbs: hit abilities do not help you as a piece of clothing as your clothing is not hitting anything.

oh yeah. 200 eds as you copied an pasted will remove the artie tag. an artie will only give you 3 points per level to distribute to an ability, but everything costs double (hit lightning will cost 8 points to raise it 1 point). Crafted items will give you 3 points but cost is normal (hit lightning 4 points) LOOTED items will give you 5 points per level and the cost is normal (hit lightning 4 points). when you pay 200 eds to remove the artie tag you are in fact changing that artie into a looted item.
artie totals points level 100: 3*100 (100 levels)= 300 (but abilities cost double)
crafted total points level 100: 300 (cost normal)
looted items level 100: 5*100 = 500 (cost normal)
hehe no brainer there as looted items are the best items to level.
