question on strength

question on strength

kk according to strat this is the formula

(Strength * 0.3) + 5 = damage

i've shot restless soul's.

between 60-75 damage.

i take off all titans hammers.

between 60-75 damage.

so strength kind of caps off when it comes to damage????
