Is this weapon worth to change?

It is a 4*46%. I used Stig's weapon planner, can have 60% harm, lightning, and firearea. And 13%mana/stamina leeches. Is it worth for a war hamme or double axe?

As I said when you tried to sell it and made claims about it's value, no it isn't worth it.

Find a cross bow user and they would like it but on the basis of having to put eds in it to make it worth something, I know I couldn't find any value in it.
