Shard being down

Any clues to why the shard keeps going down more and more now...its really seems to start becoming a daily thing now...Any answers ?

I think today's outage wasn't the server being down but rather a router/isp having an issue. All of my spells were in effect, if it was a restart I would of been recasting spells.

Yes, it was a router issue. Same as saturday, and on the night from sunday to monday, and today (monday afternoon) - shard times. Haven't been able to reach the tech support yesterday (missed the working hours), hoping for a resolution tomorrow.
