Teleporters in rented houses

Hiya,

I've noticed teleporters in some of the rented houses/appartments. I also rent a house and i'm interested in having those.
Are these created with the house-to-house teleporters from the token system or are these obtained otherwise?

Use the red world teleporter to go to the housegates, then look for an available gate. D-click it and follow the instructions (I think that's how it goes.. been a long time since I used it)

I think i haven't been clear enough so i have edited the subject.

What i mean are the teleporters that teleports you from one room to another room or to another floor in the same house.
I've seen some of those inside rented town houses and wonder how i can get these myself.
I hope you or anyone else can answer this for me.

Yes the teleports you are talking about are from the stone in trinsic, you can put as many of them in your house as you want as far as i am aware.
