Getting Luck

This might be a dumb question, but to get my luck high while wearing dex gear, am i going to have to just put luck deeds on my gear or is there a couple items that give alot of luck. And also what does a luck suit consist of, like what items and how much luck does it give and how much does it cost... i was told like 5 mil not sure if that true or not

luck with deeds is very erm.. finicky you might want to wait till you get something re layered or find something you know you will keep forever. luck only affect certain things in game, and they aren't that big of things. they affect tokuno artie drops, bio engineering, doom artifacts (haven't tested yet), and at 1400 luck or higher loot templates. they do not affect peerless item drops (10/10/10 jewlery) they do not affect imprisoned, nor do they affect goc items. :S but if you want to become an bio engineer then by all means go for the high luck. what's my luck you ask 7600, and i still fail at some samplings. grrrr
