waring sash and quiver

Hi there everyone, i am wondering how i can make my sash and quiver both be on my person. i have seen others waring both and when i ware my sash and try to place the quiver on, it appears on my players chest but soon as i let go of the mouse the quiver drops back down into my backpack.

is there a trick to getting both on at the same time, or is it an upgrade i have to acquire?

Sash and Quiver are use same slot on paperdol. Ultimate quiver is use cape slot, so u see people wearing ultimate quiver and sash.
