Ho, and both special moves (force arrow and serpant arrow) are not working on this server, so elven longbow is not the best choice IMO.

I bought the Faerie Fire Bow and it was 5 points per lvl.
You would have to craft the item to make it 3 points per. Mischief Maker and Night Reaper those you can craft.

The moral of this story though is that buying the bows listed in the fletching gump (the proper-noun ones at least) from Heartwood allow for 5 points per lvl, while their craftable counterpart (albeit hypothetical in some cases) lvls for 3 per. Thanks for the confirmation Reese.
