Cliloc problem with razor, have tried lots of things!

Hey, I just picked up excelsior shard by downloading the excelsior client off the website and following the instructions etc, I can log into the shard and play fine however razor does not work for me and gives me a cliloc error when I run it (Razor was unable to locate and load a suitable UO Cliloc file. I have googled this problem and tried the registry fix and following the steps shown here: http://www.uoex.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=4708
however it still gives me this error. Razor worked for me up until I uninstalled razor/UO and reinstalled.. any ideas?

Be sure to notice there are 2 different solutions posted - one in first post is for 32bit systems, the one posted a few posts down (I think it's by The Watcher) is for 64bit. Also - not sure how much it matters, but the pathing information uses double slashes (like c:\\program files\\...) instead of single ones in the sample files that are in the RAZORHOWTO directory.

alright so I did a couple of full uninstalls of UO and razor from my comp and reinstalled em and it got rid of the cliloc problem finally, but now when I launch the game using razor it gets me on the shard... but razor closes as the game opens and is not in my hidden icons list at the bottom right. O_o

Nevermind disregard this, I have fixed the problems and razor is now working! A moderator can close this now if they wish.
