house customization issues

ok heres the issue
on my screen th tiles of the second and third floor are orange/red and the house will not let me commit. but i gave co-owner ship to a guildy and they could commit my design without a issue. on my pc the tiles of the floors look to be poking thorugh the walls but i have looked at screen shots through other peoples screens and it looks normal unline mine. i know it is not from a client download issue, bc i re-installed/downloaded client this morning and i am still having the same issue here a screen shot of what my house looks like
