Hi. A few friends and me are looking for a nice UO free shard that has "Bard Masteries" enabled. http://www.uoguide.com/Bard_Masteries
So far it has been challenging to find one that has all the other things we are looking for. This is a must have for us to join. So i suppose that topic is the question. Does UO Excelsior have Barding Masteries?
