Patch problems

If you are seeing people as ogres, follow the following steps:
1. Close all UO clients
2. Remove our shard from your UOGateway favorites
3. Close UOgateway
4. Open uogateway, Add us to your list, Wait for the patch to download fully, and hopefully that will solve the problem

If UOgateway locks up after it downloads the patch, try this:
1. go to Start -> Run
2. Copy paste this whole link in the prompt.

3. click OK
Hopefully UOGateway will add excelsior as a custom shard.
