house customize problems

so every time i try to customize my house it lags so bad i can barely see anything and it wont even let me commit my design. There are no illegal tile placements or anything and it does not display any message regarding why i cannot commit my design i hit commit and then hit ok but nothing happens except the total cost and okay button close.


cant explain how irritating this is please help

You try without running razor / assistuo?

yeah no change is there another cache i could clear it gets worse th e closer to the 4rth story or when i'm out side the walls in custom mode

I'm not sure man, I had this problem before but I haven't had it as of late. Maybe try disabling visual themes in UO or Razors windows preferences menu.

Woot i got it lol i was receiving a refund when i commited the final design and my bank was too full lol thanks for your help anyway
