hi, can somebody help out with the dying wish quest? i need to know who and where do i go to find the various medicines.

The dying wish quest has been inactive for many years now. It really needs to be removed from the wiki if it is still listed.

Take a look in the Youth Center rune library, there is a runebook with all the rune marked :)

The first conversation you have with Samus McNealson to start the quest tells you where everyone is located....

P.S. I'm pretty sure you were thinking of the 'Dying Woman Quest' there, Cygnus :)
