Since 4b out of memory-problem

Hey there, i play UOEX on 2 computers. At work on my notebook i have the oom-problem already, i get around it when i try to keep the RAM empty at notebook-startup and start UOEX first. Some guy wrote a hint about hexadecimals when setting the correct virtual-memory value also, but i forgot how it works, seems it helped a bit with the problem.
Anyway, today i installed 4b here at home also, and i never had the oom-problem here, but now it occurs also. Its annoying cause sometimes it just helps to reboot to get UOEX running, even when i had'nt start the browser.
Is there a good workaround ? I googled but there is nothing clear anyhow.

Right click on "my computer" window , open properties , head to change defenitions (administrator requirements). Then go Advanced -> Performance (visual efects etc...) ->Advanced ( You will see something called Virtual memory there) -> change/set -> then u must unlock the options by clicking an icon selected above. once u are able to write , insert on both (inicial and recomended) the (MB) value set to recomended. it should help. otherwise allways open client when computer starts.

it is very strange how u can be runing X amount of programs and sometimes be able to open client and sometimes browser can be enough to get oom ...

Read this thread. I was always getting out of memory errors until I ran this little utility that allows UO to load into additional memory. I don't know all the technical stuff, but this worked for me...

Thanks for the answers guys. I used the utility and actually i can start UO and shut it down and start as i want it, no matter if browser is open or not.
I just were not sure which file in my UO-folder was the right one, the "UO" or the "client" one..but maybe i can use this utility on both to be safe

Edit: Still running well, i can start UO whenever i want, if browser open or not without getting the "out of memory" error again .

What about to provide this program on the main homepage, for all future cases of getting this error ? So people can help theirselves with it.
