Cant install pre-patched client

Hello,

I am currently trying to install the client and I keep getting this error,

CRC failed in Ultima Online - Excelsior Shard\anim3.mul
Unexpected end of archive

Anyone experienced this or have a work around?

It looks like a simple download error. Not an expert, but I think the best solution would be to re-download the client. Maybe the torrented version.
