Skills missing from Paper doll

I had an interesting thing happen today. I went to look at my skills list off my paper doll and it was blank. I asked in WC but did not receive an answer so I went looking for one. Here is what I found just in case anyone else runs into the same problem:

UO Missing Skills

If you are missing skills from your character's Skill list, you can replace that character's skill list with the default ...

Make sure the UO Client is closed.
Click the Start button on the Windows Taskbar.
Click My Computer.
Double-click the local disk (by default, it is C:).
Double-click the Program Files folder (or Folder you installed your game to).
Double-click the Ultima Online - Excelsior folder.
Right-click the 'skillgrp.mul' file (may also be listed as 'skillgrp') and select Copy.

Click the Start button on the Windows Taskbar.
Click My Computer.
Double-click the local disk (by default, it is C:).
Double-click the Program Files folder (or Folder you installed your game to.
Double-click the Ultima Online - Excelsior folder.
Double-click the Desktop folder.
Double-click the folder with your account name.
Double-click the folder with your character's shard.
Double-click the folder with your account name.
Click Edit on the menu bar at the top of the window, and select Paste.

Confirm the replacement of the existing file with the default you copied from the main folder. Next time you log in with (this character), the character will have a default skill list including all skills.
If this does not resolve the issue, it means your default 'skillgrp.mul' file is corrupted. You can try copying the file from the folder of another character that has all of their skills. If that doesn’t work either, a complete reinstallation of Ultima Online will be necessary.

It also works if you just delete the skillgrp.mul file (from the directory with the name of your char that has the bug) and run the game.
