I am frozen

Please, I need staff help. I am totally frozen on the game. I cannot use the help button, journal, or paper doll. it won't open, and therefore my pack won't open. i can't move, cast a spell, or see chat on my screen. the chat shows up on your portal though, including my pleas for help. This is the only way i can think of notifying staff. i only hope it works.
