i have a bunch of sos's, and i did 7 of them. all just gave fish only, except one, and that one was on land, i'm hoping staff will help with this

Sos's actually dont work on land. As for just fishin up fish your more then likely not in correct spot. If using razor or uosteam use uo automap to navigate to spot.

i was definitely in the spot. i triple-checked each time with sextant. the land one is weird. the coords led to a spot with no water, just earth. i tried downloading temp uoam, but i have no idea how to open the file. as for regular download, the site just lists different downloads (none of them uoam) and related links. there's nowhere to click o download it.

If you use Razor or UOSteam you do have a map application that shows coordinates on em. I do use that for most of my search from treasure maps to sos messages.

Also you can fish up and SOS from at least 2 screen of the exact location so you dont have to be on the exact coordinate but close enough. When you fish everything up the SOS will simply vanish (if i remember well)

I usually look at an old cloth map i have to see the approximate coords of where it will be and recall to the closest location to reduce the sailing time. (possible to get your hands on a large scale one as an image under google image)

Do SOS's say "completed by soandso" after fishing up the treasure the same way tmaps do?

If i remember well they simply vanish from your pack once everything you could fish out has been fished out.
