Hunting
As a new player just out of YOUNG status, where should I be hunting to maximize my income? I have one mule and I go around the Ettin part of Despise and wipe out everything with ease. Also, where can I locate a house deed? I want to check prices.
Re: Hunting
I would suggest you try tokuno 'bushido dojo' the minions are pretty easy and I understand the arti drops are at a higher % but that is just speculation. if your concerned about karma don't kill the tsuki wolfs. then as your skill raises you could move on to the fandancer dojo area. try to avoid the rune beetles at first. also now that your off the 21 day restriction its time to start the mistvale area theres a lot to learn about in there too

Re: Hunting
For houses i recommend going to a carpenter (or which ever is in the same building) and buy a House Placement Toolkit (looks like a spyglass) It's all you need to set yourself up with a small tidy shack or a mega ultra giant castle.
If i may for gold i'd recommend to loot gems and add them to the gem pouch if you ever bought one (trinsic bank blue stone > bought with tokens) As they are a great way to make good money. I still sell mine after a year of playinig here.
Otherwise i'd recommend to run around dungeons and learn about em about either loot or monsters.
Have a nice day

Keep asking as you will keep receiving. I also recommend to read trough the wiki as much as you can to grasp everything possible that the shard can give you. Also making your stay easier.
