Traders Troubles Quest

Hello,

I have doing the traders troubles quest from mistvale, the new one. I am on the second quest and have to find 3 NPCs I have found 2 but have no idea where Tessa is. Anyone know where she is hiding? The quest doesn't say.

Hiya, I see you got a bugged quest book. I'm unable to fix it since you're offline, but the questbook text should read: Visit Violet's vendors to see if they will donate the supplies she needs to make her address book. Adair is located near Aerial the Collector, who begins the Mage's Inquisition quest, in the building directly northeast of the Excelsior Halls world teleporter. Bergren is located in Town Center, just north of the world teleporter, next to the shard voting stone. Tessa is located in Heartwood, just northwest of the landing area. Heartwood is accessed by entering the blue gate located west outside of Yew.
