Patching Walkthrough Request

So, could someone walk me through this stuff, in a play-by-play?
I installed the EXLatest, and ran it, and it said it completed (after about 20 mins). I logged back in via Razor, and went to Luna. I still couldn't walk through the bank, and saw no reason as to why. It looked empty.

I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me be able to patch.

You simply need to go by foot. Looks like the place is still under some quest area.
