What kind of laptop do you have? The last driver that worked for me was version 20.19.15.4531 from 9/29/2016 of the Intel (HD) Graphics 520

Ahoi! Thx for reply. I got Lenovo ideapad 119, with intel integrated graphics. I kinda give it up with UOSteam, using razor, so far works for me fine. Rolling back drivers lead to other stuff stop recognizing my device as a openGL compatible, so whatever. But maybe i try it later, thx again.

I just got steam working today and I feel a lol bit silly. I was opening the client first then trying to run steam instead of opening it WITH the steam client. For easy UO, I just OPENED the client then started easy as a separate window. Not sure if this will help. Give it a try. You never know.
