Bee Hive Issue advice

Post by Onoquoy »

Good day all, i am having some hive issues, whilst my page awaits dealing with i wanted to ask if anybody knew what might be the issue so i could maybe fix it myself if possible.

I have 20 ish hives on each of my houses, on one of them they have stopped producing resources. All hives are 'thriving' all hives are between 60-90k population. All tended every day without fail. All hives were producing before but stopped last weekend for some reason. All my other hives on other houses are still producing as expected.

Anybody got any ideas as to what might be wrong or what i could try to kick start the lazy bees?

you can only have 22 hives per account., well you can have all you want but 22 is what can produce with per account. refer to the wiki on beehives.

it does not say only 22 hives will produce, it just shows the set up for 22 hives.
Cygnus report shows his results based on 25 hives. It is possible i guess but would very much like clarification on this matter

i dont remember all the statistics but unless it changed, which i doubt it did, that anyrhin over 22 was counter productive, meaning you were puttin more pots into hives that werent producing. but by all means argue and disagree about it, when the writing is in the forum...

if your having trouble with your water counts and flower counts, check all your deco and your neighbors deco, that are flowers or fruits or veggies or water based...

Currently i have 21 hives across 2 linked houses. These are the ones that have stopped producing.
I have 24 on house number 3 all producing daily currently
I have 24 on house number 4 all producing daily currently

be nice to find out why they have stopped, they seem very healthy but we shall see.

That's way too many. Out of those 48 producing how many fail each day?

Wow! I have 22 hives and at least three fail to produce every day. And that's without me spilling any potions.

just done upkeep and none of my hives have produced today. Going outside the box a bit and have just pulled down the two loads of 24, lets see what happens tomorrow.

Wow, that's a ton. I only keep 12 or so, and that's more than enough for me to remember to do on a daily basis. lol

"With more than 25 Hives, many hives will fail to produce. Many people lower their hive amounts to 24, as less hives fail in comparison to keeping 25 hives." Directly from the Wiki.
