1) What is the price of the small house deed?
2) When I will lose Young player status?
3) Stats are grawing very slow(in training room) is there ways to do it faster or this is normal speed?

Okay.
1. No house deeds. House placement tool, bought from the same source, smallest house is 37k pre-built

2.After uhh... 48 hrs of game play? (someone confirm this?) Or after your skills hit a certain point.. (once again.. help?)

3. Normal speed, is 1 stat gain per 15 minutes.

4. You can use razor or easy uo to help in training your skills.

5) Where can I find a lot monsters to train and earn. I were in cementery near Vesper(trained there while playing other shards) there I killed all to easy I think.

Really depends on the skill level of your character. If skeletons and such are too easy, i would try Ettins. I hope you did train weapon skill, tactics and anatomy in the training room up to 75

6) What is rent price for a small house?

you can place a small wooden house for 35250 gold. You will need a house placement tool that sells for around 650 gold at a real estate NPC (near luna bank you can find one). I know it is also possible to rent appratements. Page a staffer for more info.

7) I didn't saw any fighting or PK while running, have you any videos or discriptions about your PVP?

This is a non pvp shard. It's possible to pvp against your guildmates if they agree or you can go in the pvp dungeon located west of brit bank in tramel (portal). In anyt case, don't pvp in public areas as some players don't appreciate. There is also a pvp tourny held monthly. It is called tournament of Champions. Bolo won yesterday, congrats to him!
