weapon advice

So I was cleaning out some old chests from my house relocation and came across this. Looking for ideas for leveling or weapon change. Would it be worth it? Could this be turned into a high end weapon? Just looking for some advice from players who have worked with this type of weapon before.

The lack of HML makes it so that it will never be a high end end game quality weapon. Balron Damnation is really cool though for making a dedicated balron killing weapon. Type change to ornate axe and just crank the spells and a little ML and it would be awesome. But as a general purpose weapon... not good enough.

Theres better weapons in TC going for 250k, i really wouldnt put any money into that
