Abilities needed for pet control

During the IDOC, we ended up with a ton of shruken pets that we want to check out. However, we don't know what stats/abilities we need to control/use them. We don't want to activate them until we know they won't just go wild and kills us (or we lose them because we can't control them and they wander off and go wild). Is there a table that tells us what we need?

Some pets we are looking at:
Noble Steed
Cu Sidhe
Wyrm
Ridgeback
Nightmare

I did come across that table, but assumed that indicated what I needed to tame them. Is that also what I need to ride/control them?

For instance, as a newbie, I had/have a rideable pack llama. I could ride/control it, even though I had 0 taming (or supporting) skills. So I couldn't tame a new one, but I could ride/control the one I had. Given that, I assumed that the requirements were often different for taming pets, compared to riding/controlling them.

Taming lets you tame it but, animal lore lets you control it...

i never come across any info regarding how many animal lore needed for any specific pet/mounts, what i did when i was a newbie is, i did get 110 animal lore ps (it was cheap) and use a nightmare as my tank and farm gold from tokuno fan dancers dojo. most of the players use mules, and noble steed and rarely see them use any other pets.
