Raising Pet Stamina after Ointment

So using some ointments on my IMPS to raise stamina. So they are at 550 stamina but their base levels are still only around 65. When I raised their hit points it increased so they are at 1100/1100. They are fed and bonded so can anyone please advise so they become 550/550

Shrink, unshrink, then wait. Stamina regenerates over time to the max number.

Ya after doing that and spending time doing some killing Stamina has been incearsing.

You can also get your pet's stamina to climb after you use ointments or ability points on it, if you bless your pet afterwards.
