Unable to login

I forgot to change the client directory in razor. When I logged in it seemed to freeze twice, I realized the client was wrong, but by the time I switched clients it says I have the incorrect password. I tried to make a different account name and I get the correct error as if theres an account tied to my ip already. New player, just want to start fresh. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Best if you send an email to ca@uoex.net and I'll change your password. Include your username/password, and also your public IP address (you can see it at the bottom of the uoex.net homepage, "Your IP Address is: x.x.x.x").
