I have tried looking around but did not see anything about this.. Just got a 25" screen and wanted to make the play window larger any one know how to do this? I did try via options and no luck.. Perhaps i am just doing somethin wrong..

Did you try Alt + Enter?
You can also adjust the size of the screen by the resolution

if using razor or uosteam u can resize the play window on the options tab on bottom right corner... start razor or steam and while login screen is up u can type in size u want then login if not the way u want then log back out and try different size till u get what u want ... afaik if ur just tryin to resize with options on paper doll biggest game window u can get is 800x600 with max screen rez of 1024x768
