I'm trying to get my mom an account at the moment we have the same IP address which may be causing the issue (normally it does) can anyone help us create her username and password?

You should never post your/anyone's login info and i suggest you don't use the above when creating the account, please edit the post ASAP. If you want an account for another member of your household type [account in game, there's an option.
