When I run the Excelsior Freeshard pre-patched client installer (v. 12) I get this corrupt files message and all files show check sum errors... The game was running fine until version 12... I have tried deleting everything and starting with a fresh copy several times. I have no idea what to do about it. Can someone help?

So even if you download the "prepatched client version 12" from the uoex.net/startup page, a fresh copy, you get this issue?

Since you mentioned you have a previous version, i suggest you just find a file called "Expatcher" in your folder, doubleclick it - it will update only the files that were changed since your version.

I no longer had any version because this kept happening, so I deleted the whole game and still got the same results.
A friend used Teamviewer to fix the problem. I'm not sure what he did to fix it.
I believe he downloaded v. 4a and then installed v. 12.
