Hey all, this seems like a no brainer to me but I want to make sure before I invest points into it.
I've currently got HCI - 20% (DCI - 80% and HLD - 400% if that matters at all)...should i bump HCI up?
Is there a cap to HCI? Can't really find anything in the wiki or forums regarding it. Any help is
greatly appreciated.

The side notes on HCI/DCI are basically for PVP, maybe some future tougher monsters will utilize HLA/HLD. If you got a few SOTs you don't really need to add HCI on weapon relayers.
