Aquariums and Rewards

Morning all,
I am new to the whole aquarium thing and have been reading the forum and looking on the wiki page but i still have a few questions.

Do the fish breed? if i have two gold fish will i wake up one day and find i have three?

Is happiness the only stat in getting a reward? I currently have one species per aquarium so the company is great and on some i have 38 or higher happiness. Is this good? For reward production am i better to have 3 or 4 species?

Is there an optimum number of decorations?

Do you get the rare species from rewards or is it just a case of sit and fish for them? Do the rare fish produce rewards faster or am i better off with ten tanks full of golden broad tails?

Any help on this will be greatly appreciated. Cheers for reading this

No they don't breed, 43 is the highest happiness so you're not far off max, I find they like their own breed best so grouping by breed seems to be the way to do it, the tanks take a max of 10 decorations however I allow room for the reward chest to spawn so I put 9 in (if you get too many aquarium chests just pop one back in and check the chest regularly for rewards and pop it back after for reuse)

Rare breeds are fished up like the others, I've not noticed much difference on the rewards as of yet, but I don't know if the staff plan to change this so watch this space so to speak
