Hi I am trying to play on the shard and I cant seem to make an account. I understand to make an account all you need to do is try to log in with an unused account name? When I try to log in, I get the "connecting...." for a long time and then it finally says "Couldn't' connect to Ultima online. Try again in a few moments.". What is going on? I am using a VPN so I wonder if that is an issue here? I have tried a number of different IP addresses and the same thing happens every time.
Any suggestions? Thanks.
