I am on my last tether. I have been trying to grow bright snake plants by pollinating two plain snake plants but after trying numerous times I always got plain snake plant seeds back from them . Please help .

There's no such thing as a plain bright plant. Only colored plants have a bright version (red -> bright red, green -> bright green and so on). If you cross-pollinate plain plants you get another plain plant.

My guess is you want a bright green snake plant to farm green thorns. In that case you need to cross-pollinate green / bright green plants (or just buy the seed to save time).
