So, I've been gone a long time.......

but I've been gone a long time. I logged in and I see that my 1 toon has 4095 skill points?? Did I miss something somewhere? He has 33 GMs?
While waiting for some input, I'm a gonna go back and do some searching thru the wiki and posts to see if this is normal??
